Printer Service:
Did you know that your printers need to be serviced every 6 months? You should have a technician give your system a good cleaning, where they will check that the rollers are properly picking up paper, test the fuser assemblies, and ensure the contacts are working. We offer this to our returning customers at a significant discount, especially when they sign on our Gold Membership.

Print Supply & Toner Services Gold Membership:
If you are an office that does a large amount of printing, such as an architecture firm, doctor, pharmacist, lawyer, bank or retail outlet, you may find that you require a subscription to our printer supply and toner services.
These Gold Memberships allow your company to leave the legwork to us. We work with you to estimate your supply needs, and automatically deliver them to your office every month. You can add or subtract items at any time from your toner services order, just give us a week’s notice before your next scheduled shipment.

IT Services:
IMS offers a range of IT services, from making your old computer run like new again, cleaning and repairing viruses and other malware, backing up and migrating your data, even helping you get a website or social media up and running!

Computer diagnostic Not sure what’s going on with your computer? Let our techs take a look – we’ll find out what’s wrong and let you know what needs to be done to fix it. If we then do the service for you we’ll apply a $15 credit to the work!
Virus/Adware/Malware removal Probably the most common issue we see! Malware can get onto your computer in a variety of ways, and is easy to fall prey to. Getting it off can be hard – there are even viruses that lock your computer and demand a ransom! Don’t worry – our techs have seen it all before. We’ll clean the infection and make sure your system has virus protection to help guard you going forward!
Computer tune-up Computers that have been around for a while start to run slower, it’s sad but true. Sometimes it can get so bad that you start thinking about a new computer! Let us take a look at it for you first – sometimes all that is needed is a good digital cleaning to get things running good as new again! If we think a hardware upgrade is in your future, we’ll advise you on that, too!
OS install/reinstall Sometimes, all you can do is reinstall windows and start again. Or maybe you got a new system but it lacks an operating system? Either way, we can help. Cost doesn’t include the OS itself – we can install from your disks or we can sell you windows if you don’t have a license.
Data backup/recovery Need your important files backed up? Maybe you’ve gotten a new computer and need your old files migrated. Or maybe you’ve accidentally deleted files on your computer? In any case, we can help. Rate includes up to 3 DVD’s worth of backed up files.
New computer setup Got a shiny new system but need it to work the way YOU want it to? We’ll get your new system set up, protected, and remove any pre-configured software that you don’t want. Price includes install of up to four programs of your choice as well!
Software install/configuration Need your new software package installed and configured? Let us handle the monotony for you.
Hardware install/configuration New computer hardware to install? We’ll take care of that for you, and make sure the drivers are loaded as well.
