Ink/Toner

Products are guaranteed to be free of defect in both material and workmanship for one (1) year.  Cartridges are re-manufactured under the most stringent quality control standards possible, guaranteeing performance that meets or exceeds the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). Any product that is found defective will be replaced or full payment returned.  Used according to OEM’s specifications, the cartridge will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any laser printer designed to use a laser cartridge of any type.  If damage to such a printer is caused by a defect in a product, the customer will be reimbursed for the full amount of all service and repair to the printer.  This is dependent upon the customer providing us satisfactory evidence that the printer failure was due to a defect in our product.  The defective product must be returned with a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead, dated and signed by the service representative.

Printers

Used – All of our quality used printers carry a 30 day warranty. If the printer is defective, or performance is unsatisfactory, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the unit at no charge to you. Each used printer will come complete with an ink or toner cartridge; we will verify this is working before it leaves our location, though we cannot warrant how many pages you will get from said starter cartridge. New – All of our new printers come with a warranty provided by the original manufacturer. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. Extended warranties are available; please contact us for details.

Computers

Used – All systems, desktop and laptop, come with a 60 day warranty. In the event of hardware failure within that warranted period, we will either repair the unit, or replace the system with one of same or superior specifications, at our discretion. Printing Services

We promise to deliver the best quality printing jobs available. You will be asked to sign off ona final proof before printing begins. This proof represents your desired, finished product. Any errors or deviations from the proof will be fixed at no charge to you. We are not responsible for changes after the fact to your initialed proof, and reprinting of such will be at additional cost to you. While we promise to do our best to point out any obvious errors to you prior to beginning printing, the ultimate responsibility lies with you, the customer, to proofread your copy before signing off on it.

Try before you buy program

We’d love for you to experience the quality of our ink and toner cartridges, manufactured in Canada. To that end, we’re pleased to offer a 30 day, try before you buy program to approved customers. This program gives you the opportunity to use our cartridges for up to 30 days, without paying up front, in order to evaluate the quality and performance.

Here’s how it works: place your order as you normally would. We’ll take your credit card information, but your card will not be charged up front. Try our products for 30 days and make sure you like them; if you do, after 30 days, we’ll charge your card for the products. If you do not, please let us know before 30 days have expired and we will not charge your card. If you encounter a defect in one of our units, our regular warranty applies, and we’ll extend the length of your trial period as well, so you’ve got a fair chance to try the cartridge out.
