In the event that an item must be returned;
Please follow these steps:

First, obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To obtain an RMA number, please call Customer Service or submit an online RMA Request Form. No returns of any kind will be accepted without an RMA number. You will need the following information to submit and receive an RMA number: — Customer name — Order number and purchase date — Item description(s) and/or number(s) – and a description of the problem . To obtain an RMA number: Call Toll Free 1-800-263-7967 or submit an RMA Request Form.

RMA Procedure:
After an RMA number is issued a replaced cartridge will be shipped. This cartridge will be invoiced in full including shipping. However, a return label will be included. Upon product return an internal inspection will be done to determine the cause of the potential problem. Unfortunately, in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back as a defective product. Should the problem be deemed to be ours a full credit will be issued.

Restocking Charge

Products returned for customer convenience, overstock, or customer order errors, will be assessed a 15% restocking charge if returned within 60 days. After 60 days but before 120 days, a 25% restocking charge will apply. Any product returned after more than 120 days will not be accepted. Merchandise that is determined to not have been originally purchased from IMS or resalable condition will not be credited or returned to sender.
